Worked outside of the Human Resources arena to receive and track all liability, auto, and property claims for the Town. During three severe weather emergencies (two hurricanes and a blizzard) which hit Connecticut on weekends, I was the only general hourly employee to graciously work with Emergency Management personnel for the good of the Town.

Managed funding and assets for an 823-student elementary school (grades 4-6) with 55 teachers and staff. These included daily cafeteria receipts, night deposits, supplies, textbooks, student field trips, and 23 bus drivers’ time sheets. Assisted in the Main Office as a fill-in secretary and provided assistance during student arrivals and departures. Tracked teacher and substitute teacher attendance. Calculated time sheets using Fastime Time-Clock software for non-exempt employees, calculated 23 bus drivers’ hours, and coordinated teacher and substitute teacher attendance. Managed the process of distributing asset inventory sheets to teachers, tallying and coordination, acquisition, transfers, and disposition of assets.
