Production Controller

Collaborates within program management/sales on a range of duties:
Assist Program Manager on timely execution of quotes
Creation/maintenance of customer information in database management system
Formatting and Generation of quotes in database management system
Updating quotes in database management system
Assist Program Manager in providing Customer Support:
Work with Program Managers to ensure customer demand is properly loaded in database management system.
Update/maintain orders based on contract changes
Maintain quote records and Sales Order records
Coordinate reviews of quotes and sales orders
Assist in the routing of documentation for signature
Assists with managing specific customer assigned programs
Coordinate and communicate commitment dates on customer orders
Provide timely responses to customer requests
Work with Program Managers to resolve customer issues
Assist and/or provide updates in revenue planning
Additional duties as assigned by Management

Minimum of 3 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Previous experience working in contract manufacturing a plus
Proven ability to multitask and manage tasks
Decision Making/Problem Solving Skills given schedules and deadlines
General office equipment and materials
Intermediate computer skills for Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project
Create documents, presentations, and reports for management
Employee must be self-motivated with ability to work in team environment
Ability to learn the operating process in the EMS industry

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
