We are seeking an energetic Marketing Director to build, drive and support the Sales and Service efforts of the dealership. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for:
Create and implement an annual Marketing Plan for all departments including Sales, Service, Parts, Commercial Sales and Fleet Service.
Oversee all SEO and SEM campaigns by working closely with Digital Marketing agency. Be able to translate data and key performance indicators into actionable tactics to increase campaign performance.
Manage all direct mail campaigns (up to 10 campaigns per quarter). Work closely with direct mail vendor to develop artwork and measure ROI of campaigns.
Support various departments with trade show items such as banners, signs, flyers, giveaway items, etc.
Submit eligible Advertising programs for co-op reimbursement from Ford for Sales and Service departments.
Develop employee newsletter on a quarterly basis.
Qualitfications
Bachelors' degree

years of Marketing experience
Strong understanding for SEO, SEM and digital marketing strategies
Experience working with agencies, graphic designers and outside vendors
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Able to shift gears quickly and wear many hats
Be strategic and tactical
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills
Fast learner and computer savvy
Team player with a positive can-do attitude
