We are looking for a new addition to the team that can assist with Dispatching
general office work.
Someone with a no task is too large mindset.
We are looking for someone who is open to working Evenings / Nights during the week and weekends Afternoon / night.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are:
Insure that all customers are picked up on-time.
Responsible for knowing the location of all vehicles at all times while dispatching.
Communicate all changes and details with your chauffeurs, and any other appropriate personnel or customers.
Oversee the checking in and out of vehicles and equipment.
Interact with office staff, managers, clients and chauffeurs.
Take all customer calls / text messages that include reservations, changes or cancellations.
Take all customer emails that include reservations, changes or cancellations.
Handle customer complaints immediately, courteously and efficiently.
Report any problems with any reservation.
Must be knowledgeable of airports, hotels & entertainment venues & Los Angeles.
Excellent customer service skills and able to communicate effectively with clients and chauffeurs.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment, while still following through and completing all tasks Computer literate able to update flights, maps, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick and precise decisions.
Ability to make good judgement and decision in handling client's situation.
